These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and BettrBot ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the BettrBot software application and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By purchasing a subscription, downloading, installing, or using BettrBot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
BettrBot is a strategy analysis and decision-support software tool for blackjack. The software provides real-time recommendations based on publicly available, mathematically optimal basic strategy charts — the same foundational strategy taught in blackjack textbooks, courses, and educational resources worldwide.

BettrBot is comparable to a poker odds calculator, a chess analysis engine, or a sports analytics tool — it provides data-driven recommendations to help users make more informed decisions. The strategy information provided by BettrBot is the same publicly available, mathematically proven basic strategy found in widely published books, educational courses, and free online resources; BettrBot simply presents this information in a convenient, real-time format.
BettrBot is intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for monitoring their minor children's online activities. If you believe a minor has gained unauthorized access to BettrBot, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action.

The only financial transaction between BettrBot and its users is the recurring subscription fee for access to the software. All subscription payments are processed exclusively through our authorized third-party payment processor. BettrBot does not directly collect, store, or process any user payment card information.
BettrBot has no access to, control over, or involvement in any user's casino account balance, financial accounts, banking information, or financial activity on any third-party platform. BettrBot does not request, collect, or store any user banking credentials, casino account passwords, or financial account information.

Pricing is subject to change. Any changes to pricing will apply to new billing cycles only and will not affect the current billing period.
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management portal.
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Because BettrBot is a digital software product that provides immediate access upon purchase, refunds are not guaranteed. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, please contact our support team and we will work to resolve the issue or process a refund where appropriate.
Upon successful subscription purchase, the user is granted immediate access to download and activate the BettrBot software application. Fulfillment is considered complete upon successful license verification and activation of the software. All user login and activation events are logged for fulfillment verification purposes.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and maintenance of an active subscription, BettrBot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the BettrBot software on your personal devices for personal, non-commercial use.

BettrBot and all associated intellectual property — including but not limited to the software, code, design, strategy algorithms, documentation, and branding — remain the exclusive property of BettrBot. Your subscription grants a license to use the software; it does not transfer any ownership rights.

BettrBot uses third-party services for payment processing and subscription management. These third-party services have their own privacy policies, and BettrBot is not responsible for their data handling practices. We encourage users to review the privacy policies of any third-party services used in connection with BettrBot.

Blackjack, even when played with mathematically optimal basic strategy, involves inherent variance and risk. Past results do not guarantee future performance. Users should never wager more than they can afford to lose.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BETTRBOT AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
You may cancel your subscription and stop using BettrBot at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
BettrBot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to:
Upon termination, your license to use the software is immediately revoked. BettrBot is not obligated to provide refunds for any remaining subscription period following termination for cause.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in DuPage County, Illinois.
BettrBot reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BettrBot regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
